The Opportunity

As the Senior Design Operations Manager, you will be pivotal in optimizing and scaling our UX design processes, ensuring operational excellence across our design teams. Your role will involve strategic planning, resource management, and enhancing collaboration to support Nutanix’s product and engineering Nutanix and play a crucial role in driving operational excellence and innovation within our UX design teams, contributing to our mission of making computing invisible anywhere.

You will report to the Senior Manager of Design Operations at Nutanix. Working in a hybrid setup, the expectation is for employees to be in the office two days a week. This setup allows for a balance between in-person collaboration and remote work flexibility.

Your Role

Strategic and Operational Management :

• Lead and manage the planning and allocation of design resources, ensuring alignment with product and engineering objectives.
• Develop and refine operational processes to improve design outputs' efficiency, quality, and scalability.
• Conducted key operational reviews, including Quarterly State of Design reviews, and reported on performance metrics.
