Role : Network Admin
We are looking for a Network Administrator to maintain, upgrade and manage the Network Infrastructure.
4 to 5 years of experience in Network Infrastructure Support.

- Troubleshoot / Diagnose network issues and driving a resolution of the issues.
- Interact with international team and customers, to ensure consistent customer satisfaction.
Strong Knowledge in Palo Alto Build activities.
Working knowledge of routing protocols OSPF, BGP, LSP and IPSEC VPN, OpenVPN, MPLS-VPNs (L3 and L2 VPNs) and other VPNs.Working knowledge of Switching techniques : VLAN, VTP, STP, ISL / Ether-Channel Good understanding of OSI Layer 1 and 2 protocolsGood understanding of and Practical Experience in Wide Range of Juniper products like SRX 300,320,340,345,550,1500 and PA FirewallsGood knowledge in ARP, PING, TRACEROUTE, DNS, DHCPIn-depth knowledge and practical understanding of Networking concepts OSI, TCP and IP related L3 protocols (DNS, DHCP, IP, ARP, ICMP, TCP, UDP, SNMP, FTP, TFTP)Solid understanding and troubleshooting skills in IPsec VPN technologies, Clustering and High Availability(HA) concepts on both firewall and switch.F5 load Balancers LTM / GTM Configuration / deployment / Upgrade and troubleshooting.Ability to understand and troubleshoot various network problems using utilities like nslookup, traceroute, ping, net stat and packet sniffers like wire shark, tcp dump.Good Practical experience in understating and troubleshooting Network Security and related TechnologiesShould have strong knowledge on various attacks like SYN flood, Replay attacks etc and the mitigation techniquesFundamental of Firewalls -SRX / SSG / ASA / Palo Alto / Proxies TechnologiesBasic awareness of IT management tools / network monitoring toolsOpen to work 24x7 (Including night shift)Requirement :
Experience in handling Juniper, Palo Alto, Cisco and F5 load balancers.Willingness to work in regular US time zoneCCNA / CCNP, JNCIA certification is an added advantage.Good Knowledge & experience in Routers and Switches (Juniper, Cisco, PA).Experience in being part of and managing a 24x7 onsite-offshore operation, including but not limited to, shifthand-over, operational advice, guidance, support and escalation
Experience in a technical support environment working with Cisco productsHands on experience for network troubleshooting in WAN environmentWorking experience on MPLS, Multicast, BGP, OSPF, LSP, L2VPN, L3VPN, VLAN, STP, VRRP, RSVP,BFD and switching technologies.
Work with various teams to resolve escalated circuit problems to resolutionHands-on experience with monitoring, network diagnostic and network analytics toolRequirements
