Funded batch for CP Plus, HCA, BGR & OM LI to be verified and corrected before forwarding to insurance partners

Self Funding batch for HCA & BGR to be extracted and shared with insurance partner

Unresolved cases to be monitored and resolved within the same month (Uncovered / Discrepancies)

Recon

Exception cases

2) Servicing :

Ensure policy copies (currently only for CP Plus) are being uploaded post issuance and followed up for pending policy copies

COI Correction(Member / Nominee Details)

Over all follow ups

FT details - data sharing with the company

R & D / Inputs for complaint cases

3) Policy servicing :

Cancellation process verifying docs / Excel / Data as oer IM / verifying with company / CRM / Central Mailbox

Exception Cancellation

Share the data with locations / branch coordinators on a regular interval

4)Data :

Data Maintenance for all products and services
