JOB DESCRIPTION :

• Over 8-12 years of experience as a Mainframe Designer / Developer delivering complex solutions possessing strong analytical Skills.
• Strong knowledge and working experience à Mainframe Technologies viz. PL1, Cobol, DB2, JCL, VSAM, CICS, Telons.
• Good knowledge and working experience à Mainframe Tools like Changeman, File Manager, CA7 Job Scheduler, SPUFI and IBM Debugger, IBM WLM(workload Manager)
• Candidate should be able to work within / across the teams to guide or provide inputs to the Junior MF Developers, Testers, Business Analysts.
• Should possess excellent Problem-Solving capabilities, and communication skills, should be proactive in providing solutions.
• Experience in the Capital Markets domain and Agile Methodology will be an added advantage.
• Experience in Mainframe modernization projects
• Exposure to Mainframe MIPS and performance improvement analysis.
