Associate, Business Analytics

As an Associate Business Analytics you will be responsible for reporting and analytics functions for our MSP RPO and Procurement Solutions programs. You will provide reporting and analytical support to our program teams and clients by leveraging our tools and best practices.  You may be assigned to multiple programs and / or product lines. You will extract measure and transform the data from various systems to assist in analysis with guidance from Lead Analysts or Managers. This is an individual contributor role.

Your Responsibilities Impact & Contribution

• Compile deliver and track data used to measure overall program performance as well as individual vendor performance on a daily weekly monthly quarterly basis
• Responsible for manual processing of ETL in lead-up to automated solution deployment (or for downtime on such)
• Responsible for tactical / manual assistance on accounts including those requiring client assets
• Responsible for the movement / extraction of data from source systems to designed repositories
• Responsible for the transformation and loading of extracted system data
• Any other duties as required.
