About the Role
We're looking for a Sales Executive who can own the complete lead-to-sale cycle for a premium real estate project in Jalagaon.
This is a project-based assignment for 6 months — ideal for someone who thrives in fast-moving, target-driven environments and can deliver visible sales outcomes within tight timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end sales : lead generation, site visits, negotiations, and closures.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, brokers, and local partners.
- Convert walk-ins and digital leads into bookings with a consultative approach.
- Conduct on-site project presentations and coordinate with marketing for campaign alignment.
- Prepare and maintain daily / weekly sales reports, pipeline trackers, and follow-up dashboards.
- Be physically present in Jalagaon during the key sales phase (2–3 months) to maximize conversions.
- Coordinate with Pune-based management for pricing updates, offers, and closure support.
Requirements
2–5 years of proven experience in real estate sales or high-ticket B2C sales.Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.Excellent communication in Marathi, Hindi, and English.Comfortable with travel and short-term project deployments.Tech-savvy (Google Sheets, CRM, WhatsApp automation tools preferred).Self-driven and result-oriented with strong follow-up discipline.Contract terms
