Key Responsibilities
- Customer Advisory & Styling :
- Provide expert fashion advice and styling recommendations to customers, ensuring they are up-to-date with the latest trends while staying true to their personal style.
- Understand customer needs and offer tailored fashion solutions for various occasions.
- Educate customers on the brand's heritage, collections, and product details to enhance their shopping experience.
- Sales & Client Relations :
- Assist in driving sales and meeting individual and store sales targets through exceptional customer service and product knowledge.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients by offering personalized experiences.
- Follow up with clients regarding special orders, new collections, and exclusive promotions.
- Product Knowledge & Merchandising :
- Stay informed on the latest fashion trends, the brand's new arrivals, and key pieces from each collection.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge, including fabrics, styles, fits, and finishes.
- Ensure the sales floor is beautifully organized and visually appealing to attract and engage customers.
- Operational Support :
- Assist in stock management, inventory checks, and restocking the floor with new arrivals.
- Ensure the store is clean, tidy, and well-maintained at all times.
- Participate in visual merchandising to create an attractive and engaging store layout.
Skills & Qualifications
Fashion Sense & Knowledge :A deep passion for fashion with an eye for trends, luxury styles, and an understanding of high-end fashion.Strong knowledge of the brand's collections, key products, and fashion history.Customer Service Expertise :Proven experience in retail, particularly within the luxury or high-end fashion segment.Exceptional communication skills and the ability to engage customers in a warm, professional, and friendly manner.Sales Driven :Goal-oriented with a drive to meet and exceed sales targets.Previous experience with clienteling and personal shopping is an advantage.Multitasking & Time Management :Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high standard of customer service.Fluency in English & Telugu / Hindi :Strong verbal communication skills, with fluency in English and either Telugu or Hindi being preferred.Appearance & Presentation :Must present oneself in a polished and stylish manner that aligns with the brand's high standards.Education & Experience
Educational Qualifications :Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent. A degree or diploma in Fashion, Business, or a related field is a plus.Experience :Previous experience in luxury retail, fashion consultancy, or related fields is preferred.What We Offer
