Stipend : 6000 for 4 days ( 3,4,5,6 December at Madras Art Week)

We are looking for someone with a deep-rooted love for art and culture, and the passion to make a difference in the lives of artists and artisans by empowering them with technology.

• Engage with visitors, explain MeMeraki’s artworks, artists, and craft forms, and provide personalised recommendations.
• Maintain a clean, well-organised, visually appealing booth throughout the event.
• Track enquiries, leads, and follow-ups in a structured format for the sales team.
• Support the curator in ensuring artworks are displayed safely and according to layout guidelines.
• Coordinate with the central team for inventory updates, packaging requests, and restocking of artworks or promotional materials.
• Ensure proper handling, care, and movement of artworks to avoid damage during display changes or sales.
• Share real-time updates, photos, videos, and visitor insights with the social media / content team for event coverage.
• Collect customer feedback, preferences, and market insights to share with the MeMeraki leadership team.
• Assist in managing on-site transactions, invoicing, and digital payment support when required.
• Represent MeMeraki professionally, reflecting our brand values and storytelling approach in every interaction.
• Help coordinate workshop / demo activities (if any) happening as part of the art week.
