We are now looking for a dynamic architect who is not only a creative visionary but also a strong leader capable of steering our organization like a Managing Director / CEO (Associate Director).

What You’ll Do

This is an all-in-all leadership role where you will :

Client & Business Leadership → Be the face of Design Concepts, building and managing client relationships at the highest level.
Design & Project Management → Oversee end-to-end project delivery, from concept to execution, ensuring timelines, budgets, and excellence.
Team Leadership → Inspire, guide, and manage cross-functional teams across design, project execution, and client servicing.
Financial Control → Drive financial discipline, monitor project costs, billing, and collections with a sharp eye on profitability.
Strategic Growth → Work closely with the board to expand our vision, strengthen operations, and scale the business.
Ownership Path → Opportunity to build equity in the firm over time and grow into a shareholder.

Who We’re Looking For

Background : Qualified architect with strong exposure in interior design, project management, and client handling.

Experience : 8+ years (flexible for outstanding candidates) of leading design projects and managing business operations.

Skills : Exceptional design sensibility, leadership, negotiation, financial acumen, and people management.

Personality : Visionary thinker, decision-maker, problem-solver, and someone who thrives under responsibility.

Preference : candidates with proximity to our office location are encouraged to apply.
