About the Role :
As a Vendor Manager at Eternz, you&aposll drive commercial success across assigned vendor partnerships and product categories. You&aposll act as a trusted business partner—negotiating contracts, optimizing assortment, guiding inventory and pricing, crafting marketing initiatives, and enhancing the overall customer experience, all while leveraging data-driven insights.
Key Responsibilities :
- Vendor Relationship & Strategic Partnership
- Cultivate strong, collaborative relationships with vendors.
- Serve as the primary contact, aligning vendor goals with Eternz's objectives.
- Negotiate favorable terms—pricing, contracts, and inventory agreements—ensuring mutual value.
- Category & Performance Management
- Own business results for assigned categories.
- Oversee product performance across pricing, margin, and volume.
- Analyze trends, forecast demand, and guide vendors to optimize selection and availability.
- Promotion & Marketing Leadership
- Develop and execute promotional campaigns and co-marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to launch new products and maximize visibility and engagement.
- Data-Driven Decision-Making
- Harness analytics to identify opportunities, mitigate risks, and enhance vendor performance.
- Monitor KPIs : sell-through rates, sell-in, margin, pricing competitiveness, and inventory health.
- Customer Experience Optimization
- Ensure a consistently high standard—accurate listings, on-time availability, and best-in-class shopping experience to uphold customer trust.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with teams across supply chain, merchandising, marketing, finance, operations, and analytics to align execution and strategy.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Supply Chain, or a related field.3–5 years of relevant experience in vendor management, category management, or sourcing—preferably in e-commerce or retail.Demonstrated negotiation, analytical, and project management capabilities.Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau).Excellent stakeholder influencing and presentation skills.Adaptable and organized—able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.What is in it for you :
