Strategic Investor Relations Specialist

This role is critical in managing investor communications, driving fundraising efforts, and ensuring timely reporting through structured monthly MIS updates. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of financial modeling, excellent communication skills, and experience managing investor relationships in a fast-paced high-growth environment.

Responsibilities include :

• Leading all aspects of investor communication, including pitch decks, updates, press releases, and fundraising materials.
• Acting as the primary point of contact for current and prospective investors – managing inquiries, sharing timely updates, and building long-term relationships.
• Collaborating with the finance and leadership teams to prepare and present monthly MIS reports, including key business metrics and financial performance.
• Supporting and driving fundraising processes – helping identify potential investors, coordinate due diligence, and manage ongoing investor conversations.
• Organizing and leading investor meetings, roadshows, and monthly investor calls or check-ins.
• Developing and maintaining financial models and data rooms to support fundraising and investor reporting.
• Ensuring compliance with investor-related regulations and internal governance standards.
• Communicating clearly during challenging situations – such as operational delays or market fluctuations – to reinforce trust and transparency.
