About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Associate Technical Lead with strong expertise in C# development and end-to-end software engineering. The ideal candidate should come from a product-based company background and be capable of driving technical initiatives, mentoring team members, and ensuring high-quality deliverables.

Key Responsibilities :

Analyze, design, and implement new product features.
Develop automated unit and integration tests.
Maintain and enhance development tools and frameworks.
Troubleshoot, analyze, and fix bugs across modules.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery.
Support non-developer team members and field engineers in issue resolution.
Participate actively in code reviews, design discussions, and process improvements.
Lead by example, ensuring best practices in coding, testing, and documentation.

Must-Have Qualifications :

5 to 7 years of hands-on experience in a software engineering role.

Minimum 5 years of strong C# development experience.

Proficiency with version control systems (Git preferred).

Strong understanding of UML models with ability to create them.

Proven experience across the full software development lifecycle requirements gathering, analysis, implementation, testing, installation, and support.

Current or prior experience in a product-based company.

Good to Have (Preferred Skills) :

Exposure to image processing, automation, or robotics.

Experience in designing scalable and performant applications.

Ability to mentor junior developers and contribute to technical leadership.

Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset.

Soft Skills :

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Ability to work independently in a small, agile team.

Self-driven, proactive, and eager to take ownership.
