CTC :

• Upto 6 LPA (Short notice Mandatory – 30 Days’ Notice Period)

Skills Required :

• Auto CAD, Autodesk Inventor / "NX - line Builder Experience"

Skills Preferred :

• Teamcenter, Process Simulate, Vismockup.

Experience Required :

• Exposure to Automotive Layout Engineering

Domain Knowledge :

• Participate and Understand content of Layout update over future CLL (Layout Engineers Meeting).
• Prioritization between lines, Plant, Events, to be planned accordingly to meet GPDS timeline (WSR or ERGO events on Futuristic Layout).
• Scheduling the 3D Factory Deliverable with Layout Engineer in line with Attributes (Ex : Scan Timing, Asset Development to Placement Timing according to the Drop down Graph).
• Understanding the Process and Future Implementations in Existing Plants and conveying the Information to the Team.
• Review 3D Factory Layout and check with Counterpart to meet the Expectation.
• Preparing Meeting Charter for each line and following for completion of Point Cloud conversion.
• Develop and Track change over facility list from 2D to update 3D Digital Engineering Factory.
• Audit 3D layout vs Factory 2D and confirm the Digital Layout is up-to-date.
• Review feedback from Team(ME, ERGO, DPA5).
• Plan and Execute Training for the Team to meet Day to Day Deliverable.
