✨ What You’ll Be Doing

• Supporting end-to-end recruitment
• Sourcing, screening & scheduling candidates
• Onboarding new employees and ensuring a smooth first-day experience
• Maintaining HR documentation & databases
• Assisting in employee engagement & culture-building activities
• Helping with day-to-day HR operations
• Exposure to HR tools, workflows & real startup processes
