Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced MS Dynamics 365 CRM CE Technical Consultant with strong expertise in Dynamics CE, Power Platform , and end-to-end CRM implementations. The ideal candidate should be proficient in custom development, configuration, integrations, and modern digital architecture design.
Key Skills Required
- Strong experience in MS Dynamics 365 CE Technical (7+ years).
- Hands-on expertise in at least two D365 CRM modules : Sales, Marketing, or Customer Service.
- Solid understanding of the Power Platform : Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven), Power Automate, Power Pages / Portals.
- Proficiency in Plugins, Workflows, JavaScript, Customizations, and Configurations .
- Experience designing Forms, Views, Entity Relationships , Security Roles, Field Security Profiles, Business Rules, and Business Process Flows.
- Minimum 2 full lifecycle CRM implementations with significant customizations.
- Strong integration experience and understanding of data migration tools / methods .
- Development experience using .NET plugins, ASP.NET extensions .
- Knowledge of Azure services (Logic Apps, Function Apps, S2S authentication).
- Exposure to ETL, SSIS , data imports, and CRM Deployment Manager.
- Experience with SSRS / Power BI reporting .
- Experience working on large transformation programs in an onshore–offshore model.
- Strong client-facing experience and ability to work in collaborative environments.

Client Delivery Responsibilities
Lead and contribute to CRM engagements focusing on next-generation digital architecture.Participate in analysis and design phases to translate business requirements into technical solutions.Conduct and support application design workshops;provide solution recommendations.
Configure and customize D365 CE applications based on client needs.Develop CRM solutions using .NET plugins, JavaScript , and other CRM customization tools.Manage integrations, data migration activities, and solution deployment.Ensure all solutions align with business requirements and architectural standards.Work closely with global teams and remain flexible with changing project priorities.People & Team Responsibilities
Contribute to building a strong quality culture within the team.Lead by example and foster effective collaboration.Mentor and guide project resources as needed.Participate in organization-wide initiatives and knowledge-sharing activities.Additional Skills
Experience in Power Pages / Portals including UI customization (HTML, CSS, Bootstrap) and Liquid scripting.Strong understanding of CRM SDK, JScript, workflows, actions, and Power Automate.Experience working on 2016 Online and D365 environments.Certifications
Microsoft Certifications (preferred but not mandatory
