Ganpat University – for its Centre of Distance & Online Education (CDOE) – invites applications from a dynamic and creative Marketing Professional to join its Online Degree Program team. The ideal candidate will lead the CDOE’s digital presence, drive learner acquisition, and strengthen the visibility of CDOE’s online learning initiatives.
The Manager – Admissions will be responsible for leading the complete learners acquisition lifecycle —from inquiry handling to final enrollment—while driving outreach initiatives through multiple channels to achieve institutional targets. This role requires a results-oriented professional with strong admission counseling experience, digital marketing skills, learners acquisition expertise, and the ability to convert leads into successful admissions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Data Management : Build and manage an efficient system for lead generation, tracking, nurturing, and reporting. Oversee the data collection and tele-calling team
- Digital Marketing Campaigns : Design, implement, and manage multi-channel digital campaigns across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Google Ads etc.) to drive learners leads.
- Marketing Collaterals : Assist Marketing and Media team to create tools like brochures, pamphlets, banners, merchandise, creatives, hoardings etc.
- Industry Collaboration : Effectively represent CDOE programs to corporates, industry associations, chambers of commerce, government bodies, NGOs, schools and other relevant organizations for block learners acquisition
- Event Coordination : Leverage events, seminars, conclaves, outreach programs, workshops etc. to boost brand visibility and promote learners’ admission.
- Counsellor Network Coordination : Leverage University’s existing network of admission counsellors, education consultants, and channel partners across the regions to bring admissions in online programs.
- Branding & Outreach : Ensure consistent branding across digital and offline campaigns, events, and local promotions.
- Market Research & Strategy : Conduct competitor analysis and market surveys to design innovative learner acquisition strategies.
- Reporting & Analysis : Present weekly / monthly reports on campaign ROI, admission funnels, and outreach impact to the management.
- Mentor & Guide : Support Administration, Admission and Academic Teams as and when required.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.5+ years of experience in marketing, admissions, or education industry outreachExperience and skills gained by working in admission of online degree programs at reputed universities will be preferredProven expertise in digital marketing tools, campaigns, and analytics.Tech-savvy with knowledge of CRM tools, MS Office, and digital platformsAbility to manage and convert leads effectively under target-driven environments.Strong leadership, communication, and networking skills.Ability to manage events, teams, and partnerships simultaneously.
