About the Role
Lead end-to-end account management for Sodexo’s Food Services operations for a key national client. Serve as the primary interface with client leadership, ensuring consistent service excellence, strong financial performance, and long-term relationship growth across sites by driving planning, governance, and team effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:-
Account & Client Leadership
- Act as the single point of accountability for overall service delivery and client satisfaction across all sites.
- Build strong relationships with key client stakeholders and ensure alignment on expectations, performance, and future needs.
- Conduct periodic business reviews with internal teams and the client to drive transparency and continuous improvement.
Operational Excellence
- Oversee end-to-end food service operations across locations, ensuring consistent quality, safety, and service standards.
- Translate contract terms, SLAs, and client expectations into clear operating plans and measurable outcomes.
- Proactively resolve operational challenges and drive continuous improvement across sites.
Financial & Contract Management
- Own financial performance of the account, including budgeting, cost optimization, and profitability.
- Monitor service scope and ensure all services delivered are aligned to contract terms and appropriately billed.
- Lead commercial discussions for scope expansion, additional services, and contract enhancements.
Strategy & Growth
- Develop and drive the account business plan, including strategic priorities, performance targets, and expansion opportunities.
- Identify and secure opportunities for scale and scope growth within the account.
People Leadership
- Provide directions to site leadership teams and ensure the right structure, capability, and governance across locations.
- Drive performance management, capability building, and engagement of teams across the account.
- Facilitate training and development initiatives to strengthen operational and leadership competencies
Governance, Compliance & Reporting
- Establish performance metrics and review mechanisms covering quality, safety, financials, and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure adherence to Sodexo policies, safety standards, and statutory requirements across all sites.
- Drive structured communication and reporting with client stakeholders and internal leadership.
