Customer Service & Implementation Executive

Job descriptionAssist in onboarding new clients — collecting data, configuring the system, testing, and go-live support. Conduct on-site visits (50% travel) to client locations for setup, training, and operational checks. Coordinate with internal teams (Tech, Operations, Support) to ensure successful rollouts. Maintain client activity logs and reports in CRM or Excel. Track issue status and update clients regularly. Support renewal and feedback discussions with account managers. 0–3 years of experience in Customer Support / Operations / Implementation / Field Coordination . Fresh graduates (any discipline) with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply. Excellent spoken and written communication in English and Hindi (Telugu preferred). Good interpersonal skills and confidence in dealing with enterprise clients. Comfortable with 50% travel within the city or nearby client sites. Basic computer proficiency – Excel, CRM, or mobile app tools. Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Hands-on experience working with enterprise clients and SaaS platforms. Rapid learning in operations, client management, and software implementation. Travel allowance and performance-based incentives. Friendly, supportive work culture with mentorship from senior leaders. Career growth path toward Customer Success / Account Management roles within 1–2 years.
