Job description

Position : Oracle HRMS

Role : Senior Software Engineer – Oracle Fusion HCM Techno-Functional

Location : Offshore – Bangalore & Chennai

Experience : 7+ Years

Notice Period : Immediate / 15 Days / Max 30 Days

Education :

  • Bachelor’s or master’s in computer science or related field (or equivalent experience)

Experience & Skills : (Mandatory)

  • 7+ years in Oracle Fusion HCM implementation as a Techno-Functional Expert .
  • Strong in Oracle HCM modules : Core HR, Payroll, Recruitment, Learning, Performance
  • Hands-on with Fusion tools : FBDI, ADFdi, BI Publisher, OTBI, BPM Workflows, Page Extensions, Application Security.
  • Expertise in OIC, OCI, APEX, ATP, REST services, and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure.
  • Proficient in SQL, PL / SQL, XML Publisher, Reports, WEBADI, Oracle Workflow, and OAF
  • Experience in SaaS extensions using VBCS, Application Composer, PCS.
  • Basic Shell scripting and familiarity with GitHub, CI / CD, and Automation Testing (preferred).

    • Functional Expertise :

  • 3–4 end-to-end Oracle Fusion HCM implementations.
  • Strong Payroll Implementation experience.
  • Good knowledge of Absence, Performance, Recruitment, and Compensation modules.

    • Soft Skills :

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Self-driven, proactive, and collaborative team player.
  • Ability to influence and guide multiple technical teams.
