Senior & Lead Java Developer

Role Summary :

We are seeking for a Software Developer with 4 to 10 years of hands-on expertise in Java

backend development using Spring Boot, along with strong skills in cloud technologies

(AWS / Azure) and DevOps practices. Proven track record of building and deploying scalable

microservices, automating CI / CD pipelines, and ensuring high availability using Kubernetes and

Docker. Adept at working in Agile environments and collaborating across development,

operations, and QA teams.

Role Responsibilities :

Design, develop, and maintain RESTful backend services using Spring Boot

Build and deploy applications on cloud platforms with security and scalability

Create and maintain CI / CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment

Containerize applications and manage them using Docker and Kubernetes

Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues across environments

Collaborate with QA, DevOps, and Product teams to deliver high-quality features

Follow Agile practices, participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives

Key Skills :

Java 8 / 11, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data JPA, Spring Security

RESTful API development and integration

Microservices architecture

AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, ECS / EKS), or Azure (App Service, AKS)

Cloud deployment and monitoring strategies

CI / CD : Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI / CD

Containerization : Docker

Orchestration : Kubernetes, Helm

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s Engineering, or related field.
