As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in onboarding new customers and helping them to manage their deal structures. This involves providing a strong onboarding experience, reviewing complex data sets, and validating client information through various legal documents.

Streamlining corporate legal structures onto our platform

• Understanding complex data sets, reviewing data provided by clients, and validating it through checks to identify inconsistencies and errors.
• Supporting customers in their journey to make our platform a part of their business-as-usual activities, dealing directly with customers for Q&A sessions, offering ongoing support after initial onboarding, product development, and customer data.

Desirable qualities include accounting, CoSec / Legal background, minimum 3 years of field experience, B2B products, professional services, and highly demanding professional customers.
