As a US Onboarding Specialist your roles and responsibilities will be as below :
Role and Responsibilities :
Coordinate and execute the end-to-end onboarding process for new hires.
Schedule and facilitate orientation sessions and training programs.
Ensure timely completion of background checks, employment eligibility (I-9, E-Verify), and other compliance requirements.
Act as the primary point of contact for new hires during the onboarding phase.
Collaborate with IT, Facilities, and Hiring Managers to ensure all systems, tools, and access are ready before the start date.
Maintain accurate employee record on CRM.
Continuously evaluate and improve onboarding processes to enhance employee experience and retention.
What are we looking for :
Bachelor’s degree.
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in US compliance.
Should have extensive experience working on compliance
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
