Job Summary : Warranty Operations
Responsibilities :
Coordinate situations end to end from all over the world and provide explanations that require expertise and in-depth knowledge of warranty processes and policies.
Manage day-to-day daily operations of the warranty claims processing team
Demonstrate accountability for managing key KPIs and SLAs.
Resolve team`s complex queries on claims validation of warranty claims based on technical knowledge of the commercial automotive & its sub-components.
Perform process / control plan audits for warranty corrective actions and best practices to ensure status is captured and reported with well-defined corrective action plans taken to closure.
Ensure all warranty mitigation and improvement corrective actions are properly documented and verified (evidence of revised documents or on-site reviews)
Coordinate the creation of monthly reports / data collection to improve warranty performance while driving continuous improvement programs (quality incentive programs, quality improvement meetings, etc.)
Perform process / control plan audits for warranty corrective actions and best practices to ensure status is capture and reported with well-defined corrective action plans taken to closure.
Support internal audits and follow up on corrective actions
Ensure common and accepted safety protocols for the quality group are implemented as needed and compliance is maintained
Support and perform other duties / projects as assigned
Required Skills :
Experience in Automotive sector
Knowledge of Automotive components & warranty related issues.
Bachelor’s degree in automotive or mechanical engineering preferred.
Experienced in working in various warranty management applications such as SAP
Team Handeling Experience Mandatory
Good Interpersonal & communication Skills
Computer knowledge with experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PPT)
Excellent verbal and written skills
Education / Experience / Skills :
Work Experience : 7 - 9 years of experience with at least 5 year’s experience in warranty and service industry, Minimum 5 Years of experience in Team Handeling.
