Job descriptionDeliver empathetic, ethical, and patient-centred surgical care Communicate clearly with patients and family members regarding procedures and outcomes Ensure proper informed consent and safety protocols Adhere to NABH protocols and SA8000 social accountability standards Uphold sterile and infection-control practices Participate in audits, quality assessments, and peer-review activities Mentor and support junior clinicians and residents Participate in CMEs and interdisciplinary clinical meetings MBBS + MS (General Surgery) or equivalent postgraduate degree Valid license to practice in India Registration with MCI / National Medical Commission 3–5+ years of post-qualification surgical experience
🔹 Key Responsibilities
Clinical
- Perform a wide range of open and laparoscopic surgical procedures
- Carry out pre-operative evaluations and manage post-operative recovery
- Participate in emergency surgeries and rotational on-call duties
- Provide OPD and inpatient surgical consultations
- Maintain accurate medical and surgical documentation
Patient Care
Quality & Compliance
Teaching & Collaboration

Proven competency in laparoscopic procedures
