Legal Manager :

Ideally, with 10–15 years of post-qualification experience in corporate law, preferably in a Indian Listed Company, law firm, or large corporate legal function.

LLB / LLM from a reputed law school. CS qualification will be an added advantage.

Having expertise in Corporate Law, Litigation & Dispute Resolution, IPR, Transactional & Project Support, Compliance and Legal tools, Contracting & Advisory, compliance frameworks, and regulatory affairs. Ability to engage with senior stakeholders and external counsel with high credibility, etc.
