Manager / Senior Associate Data Engineer (SQL, Python, ETL, Data Quality, Data Governance ) - C2H

Role : Manager / Senior Associate Data Engineer to support data engineering and management initiatives. ( SQL, Python , ETL , Data Quality , Data Governance , Data Controls)

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong knowledge and experience with at least one major data governance enterprise platform (e.g. Collibra, Alation, or Informatica)

• Extensive knowledge and experience with data analysis and enterprise metadata management, especially in the context of Data Lifecycle use cases;

Strong proficiency in SQL and Python.

Use feedback and reflection to develop self-awareness, personal strengths and address development areas.

Contributing to project planning, engagement administration, budget management, and the successful

completion of engagement work streams.

Contributing to business development opportunities and / or engagements from pre-sales and initial scoping

through final delivery and sign-off; and,

Demonstrated documentation and presentation skills.

Understanding of information governance and data lifecycle management, including retention management.

Strong knowledge and experience with overall data architecture, profiling, quality, metadata management

etc.; and

Leading evaluation of new solutions and services, providing a business case on whether the firm should develop skills and vendor relations within new Data Governance solutions and technologies.

Apply data governance concepts, including :

Data cataloging (maintaining accurate business and technical metadata).

Data lineage (tracking data movement and transformations).

Data stewardship practices (ensuring accountability and ownership of data assets).

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field.

Preferred Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Data Engineering, or a related field with 7+ Years’ experience - Manager (8 + years exp.) & Sr. Consultant (5+ Years exp.) – two separate roles

Hands on in SQL, Python , ETL , Data Quality , Data Governance , Data Controls

Ready for contract to hire role in Bengaluru, Hyderabad

Immediate joiner

Expertise with at least one tool such as Informatica, Alation, or Collibra .

Relevant DG certifications like DAMA , CDMP . Collibra Ranger
