Senior Software Engineer Cloud Platform & Developer Enablement

THIS IS A LONG TERM CONTRACT POSITION WITH ONE OF THE LARGEST, GLOBAL, TECHNOLOGY LEADER.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with application teams to standardize service deployment configurations and processes.
• Accelerate application onboarding and deployment through automation and optimized workflows.
• Provide technical guidance and hands-on support for teams using internal developer platforms.
• Troubleshoot platform integration issues and collaborate across teams to drive quick resolutions.
• Maintain and enhance documentation, runbooks, and training materials for developer onboarding.
• Design, implement, and automate network policies ensuring secure and compliant communication across microservices.
• Architect and deploy cloud-native, scalable solutions leveraging AWS and service mesh tools such as Istio, Linkerd, or Consul.
• Develop and manage CI / CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code automation using Terraform, Helm, and Kubernetes.
• Contribute to cloud-native application development using Python, Node.js, and related frameworks.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and continuously improve platform capabilities and developer experience.
