Systems Engineer - India :

This position is for a Senior Systems Engineer role and the ideal candidate should have adeep understanding of cloud infrastructure, with expertise in Linux, Windows, VMware and Storage systems. Candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining robust cloud infrastructure & datacenter servers while ensuring high availability, scalability, and security.

In this role you will...

• Design, deploy, and maintain infrastructure services across datacenters and public cloud environments (AWS, Azure, etc.).
• Manage infrastructure projects with a focus on high availability, performance, and scalability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify infrastructure needs and deliver cloud-based solutions.
• Manage and optimize cloud-based storage systems (block storage, object storage, and file systems).
• Administer and optimize Linux and Windows-based servers and virtual machines and systems in cloud environments.
• Automate infrastructure deployment, configuration, and management through Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible, Python or similar.
• Implement monitoring, alerting, and logging solutions to ensure the health and performance of cloud infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure-related incidents and performance issues.
• Ensure data security and compliance by applying security best practices to infrastructure design and management.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and staff.
• Stay up to date with the latest cloud and datacenter technologies, trends, and best practices, and apply them to the infrastructure.
• Assist in disaster recovery planning and execution to ensure data integrity and service availability.
