Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced Education Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our international programs department, you will be responsible for engaging with potential learners, assessing their interest and eligibility for our programs, and cultivating genuine interest in our offerings.

Responsibilities :

• Initiate contact with assigned leads through the auto dialer system.
• Qualify leads by assessing their interest, needs, and eligibility for our programs.
• Build rapport and establish trust with leads through effective communication and active listening.
• Schedule video counseling sessions with admission counselors for qualified leads.
• Coordinate schedules and ensure smooth communication between leads and admission counselors to facilitate the enrollment process.
• Maintain accurate records of lead interactions and follow-up activities in the CRM system.
