Job Description :
- Customer Interaction During Development Cycle : Engage with customers throughout the development cycle, ensuring alignment and satisfaction
- PPAP Submission : Manage the PPAP submission process, ensuring all customer requirements are met
- Customer Audit / Line Audit Closure Submission : Oversee customer audits and ensure line audit closure submissions are completed
- Problem Solution During Development : Provide problem solutions during development and implement necessary countermeasures
- Countermeasure Submission : Submit countermeasures to customers based on identified issues during the development phase
- Project Handling : Manage projects in line with the customer timelines, ensuring timely delivery
Required Candidate Profile :
Experience in T0, T1, and T3 assembly trial problem solutions and action implementationStrong customer interaction and PPAP experienceKnowledge of MSA, SPC, and problem-solving techniquesExpertise in plastic molding, 8D report submission, and auditing skillsSkills Required
