Senior Conversational Bot Engineer

Technical Skills :

• Expertise in Conversational AI development using Google Dialogflow CX / ES, including intent design, entity modeling, and fulfillment logic.
• Experience integrating chatbots with Vertex AI, Generative AI models, and LLMs via APIs.
• Proficient in Python, Node.js, or Java for backend integration and webhook development.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, gRPC, and JSON-based communication.
• Hands-on experience with CI / CD pipelines using Cloud Build, Artifact Registry, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins for automated deployment and monitoring.
• Skilled in GCP services such as Cloud Run, App Engine, Cloud Functions, Cloud Storage, Firestore, BigQuery, Pub / Sub, IAM, and Service Accounts.
• Proficient in Cloud Logging, Cloud Monitoring, and Error Reporting for operational visibility and troubleshooting
• Knowledge of automation frameworks including AI Agents, RPA tools, Google Workflows, and Cloud Composer for end-to-end chatbot automation and management.
