Client Relations Specialist - Jewellery

Job descriptionMinimum 1–2 years of experience in jewellery sales (lab-grown or natural diamond experience preferred). Good communication and presentation skills. Strong sense of style, product knowledge, and customer engagement. Basic computer knowledge for billing and CRM updates.

Role Description
- Attend to customers in the showroom, understand their preferences, and assist in product selection.
- Provide detailed product information and build trust to close sales.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure product displays are kept attractive.
- Manage billing, client follow-up, and maintain customer relationships.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
Qualifications
Salary : Competitive, based on experience + attractive incentives.
Working Hours : 11 : 00 AM – 8 : 00 PM (6 days a week)
