About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Automation / AI Tool Expert to design, develop, and implement intelligent automation solutions across business operations. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in AI-driven automation, workflow optimization, and tool integration. This role requires a strategic thinker capable of identifying automation opportunities, developing custom solutions, and leveraging AI technologies to enhance operational efficiency and business intelligence.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy automation workflows using AI tools, APIs, and platforms to optimize business processes.

Identify opportunities for AI and automation adoption across departments to improve efficiency and reduce manual work.

Integrate and manage automation tools such as UiPath, Power Automate, Zapier, Make (Integromat), and custom Python-based solutions.

Develop and maintain AI-powered solutions leveraging NLP, machine learning, and generative AI for data analysis and decision support.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand process requirements and translate them into automated workflows.

Implement, monitor, and continuously improve automation systems to ensure scalability, performance, and reliability.

Stay up to date with the latest AI, RPA, and automation technologies to propose innovative solutions.

Document processes, maintain workflow repositories, and ensure compliance with data governance and security standards.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.

3–7 years of experience in automation development, AI tools integration, or workflow optimization.

Hands-on experience with RPA tools (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Power Automate) and integration platforms (Zapier, Make, Workato).

Strong programming skills in Python, JavaScript, or other scripting languages used for automation.

Experience with AI frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or OpenAI APIs for developing intelligent solutions.

Knowledge of cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP) and DevOps tools for deployment and monitoring of automation pipelines.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on scalability and efficiency.

Excellent communication and documentation abilities.

Preferred Skills

Experience integrating AI chatbots, virtual assistants, or custom LLM-based tools into workflows.

Knowledge of data engineering, ETL, and API integration best practices.

Understanding of process mining and task automation analytics.

Certifications in RPA, AI, or cloud technologies (UiPath Certified, Azure AI Engineer, AWS Machine Learning Specialty, etc.).
