Billing Specialist

Job Summary : We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Billing Executive to support our finance and administrative operations. The role involves preparing invoices, maintaining billing records, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring accuracy in all billing-related activities. Freshers with strong analytical skills and a good academic record are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities :

Prepare and issue invoices, debit / credit notes, and maintain accurate billing records.

Verify billing data, reconcile discrepancies, and follow up for approvals or clarifications.

Coordinate with internal teams such as finance, operations, and sales to ensure smooth billing processes.

Maintain organized documentation (physical and digital) for all billing-related activity.

Handle routine communication related to billing, including emails and follow-ups with stakeholders.

Assist with preparing basic reports, summaries, and MIS related to billing.

Requirements :

Bachelor’s degree (any discipline) with a good academic record.

• Freshers are welcome;

prior experience or internship in billing / accounts will be an advantage.

Strong numerical ability and attention to detail.

Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and familiarity with basic accounting tools / software.

Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills.

Professional attitude, accuracy, and willingness to learn.
