Social Media Community Engagement Lead - Fitness

We’re hiring a Social Media Manager to manage a wellness / fitness / runclub brand from end to end.

This is a single-account role, perfect for someone who understands wellness, clean visuals, fitness culture, and storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Plan monthly content calendars for a wellness / fitness brand
• Write clean, engaging copy (Instagram-first)
• Coordinate with designers / video editors for creatives
• Upload posts, guides, reels & stories consistently
• Track insights, engagement, and performance
• Ideate campaigns based on trends + brand personality
• Maintain consistent brand voice & visual aesthetic
• Engage with community (comments / DMs when required)
• Give creative direction for photoshoots & short videos
