Quality Assurance Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Validation Manager to guarantee the quality and reliability of our products throughout the development life cycle.

Key responsibilities include :

• Developing and implementing validation strategies and processes
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define validation requirements and priorities
• Establishing validation plans, protocols, and procedures in compliance with regulatory standards and industry best practices
• Overseeing the execution of validation activities, including IQ / OQ / PQ, software validation, and process validation
• Performing risk assessments and developing risk mitigation strategies to address potential product risks related to validation
• Driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance validation processes and increase efficiency
• Managing relationships with external vendors and contractors as needed for validation testing services
• Ensuring end-to-end documentation and traceability of validation activities
• Providing regular updates and reports on validation activities to senior management and stakeholders
• Leading and managing a team of validation analysts and ensuring their professional growth and development
