Role Overview :
We are seeking an experienced marketer to help transform a fast-scaling restaurant chain into a widely recognized brand. This position is designed for brand builders with a keen aesthetic sense and a strategic and analytical mindset.
You will begin as a hands-on Individual Contributor (IC) responsible for strategy and execution. You will drive organic footfalls, establish strong brand recall, and eventually build and lead the internal marketing team as the organization scales.

Roles & Responsibilities :
Brand Strategy & Ownership
Develop and own the comprehensive brand story and visual identity to ensure the brand resonates deeply with the local population.Act as the custodian of brand aesthetics by ensuring every customer touchpoint, including social media, menu design, in-store branding, and packaging, reflects high-quality design and consistency.Drive earned media and PR coverage by crafting engaging campaigns that generate positive word-of-mouth publicity.Organic Growth & Footfall Generation
Strategize and execute campaigns specifically designed to increase walk-ins and organic footfalls to reduce reliance on paid advertising over time.Leverage strong analytical skills to track the correlation between brand activities and store sales or table turnover.Build and manage the local store marketing calendar to ensure high visibility in neighborhoods.Operational Execution & Management
Take full ownership of the marketing function as an Individual Contributor initially. This involves creating content, setting brand guidelines, and managing external agencies to ensure timely execution.Manage the marketing budget efficiently to ensure maximum ROI on every investment.Establish the necessary processes and framework to hire and scale a marketing team as the brand expands.What We're Looking For :
a) Must-Haves :
Full-time bachelor’s degree in any field.Proven experience in the F&B / QSR sector is essential. A deep understanding of food marketing dynamics is required.A self-starter who can identify growth opportunities and implement solutions independently without constant supervision.b) Nice-to-Haves :
MBA degree (preferably in Marketing & Branding).Strong network with food influencers across India.c) Tools & Skills Required :
Data Analytics & Visualization - Strong knowledge of tools required to understand the impact of marketing & branding and identify growth opportunities. Knowledge of Google Analytics, POS Data analysis, Excel / Google Sheets, Swiggy & Zomato dashboards required.Platform Knowledge : Google Maps, Instagram, and Facebook (Organic & Paid), Zomato, and Swiggy Marketing ecosystem. And, any other platforms used for restaurant and cuisine discovery.Strong understanding of content, design aesthetics, and storytelling.Reporting Structure :
You will report directly to the CEO, Partners, and key leadership team, ensuring strategic alignment and visibility on all marketing and branding initiatives.
