Job descriptionExperience : Proven experience as an Interior Designer, specifically working on residential / home projects. Technical Proficiency : Must be perfect in AutoCAD, 3ds Max, and similar professional design and rendering software (e.g., SketchUp, Revit, V-Ray, etc.). Language Skills : Fluency in both Hindi and English (written and verbal) is mandatory. Work Ethic : Demonstrated ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to changing project requirements. Soft Skills : Exceptional organizational, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills. Education : Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interior Design or a related field (preferred).

The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Interior Designer specializing in residential / home projects. The ideal candidate is a creative, meticulous individual with a strong technical skill set, excellent communication abilities, and a proven ability to manage projects from concept through to completion. This is a demanding role that requires a keen eye for detail, a commitment to quality, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and Drafting : Develop comprehensive design concepts for residential projects. Produce accurate and detailed 2D and 3D drawings using professional design software.
- Site Management : Conduct regular site visits to understand project requirements, take accurate measurements, monitor progress, and ensure the design vision is executed correctly.
- Team Leadership and Quality Control : Keep a check on the site team / labor to ensure work is being carried out according to specifications and maintain the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship.
- Project Management : Effectively manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and consistently meet tight deadlines and project schedules.
- Collaboration : Function as a dedicated team player, collaborating effectively with clients, architects, vendors, and internal staff.
- Client Communication : Maintain clear, professional, and effective communication with all stakeholders throughout the design process.
