Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue & market share targets across the North region.
- Identify growth opportunities and ensure consistent market penetration.
- Lead, mentor & monitor a team of ASMs / SOs and distribution partners.
- Strengthen GT, MT & B2B channels, ensuring distribution expansion and retail excellence.
- Appoint and manage distributors & key accounts, and build strategic trade partnerships.
- Track competitor activities and market trends to proactively drive initiatives.
- Ensure effective execution of trade marketing activities and visibility programs.
- Work closely with marketing, supply chain, and finance teams to drive business objectives.
- Provide inputs for forecasting and demand planning.
