Key ResponsibilitiesReviewing Processes : Examining financial, operational, and IT processes to ensure they are efficient, effective, and compliant with internal policies and external regulations. Risk Assessment : Identifying and evaluating potential risks (financial, operational, and compliance-related) and recommending strategies to manage and reduce them. Compliance : Verifying that the organization adheres to relevant laws, statutes, industry regulations, and accounting standards. Internal Controls : Assessing the effectiveness of internal controls designed to prevent fraud, protect assets, and ensure the accuracy of financial reporting. Fraud Investigation : Investigating financial discrepancies and potential fraudulent activities within the organization. Reporting : Documenting audit findings, best practices, and recommendations in reports and presentations for senior management. Process Improvement : Providing actionable insights and recommendations to management for improving business processes, efficiency, and cost savings. Skills and QualificationsAnalytical and Critical Thinking : The ability to analyze complex data, identify patterns, and draw sound conclusions.
