Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Sales Manager located in Bhubaneswar. The Senior Sales Manager will be responsible for leading the team of 3 ASMs along with the TSOs, developing and implementing sales strategies, managing sales teams, achieving sales targets, analyzing market trends, and identifying business opportunities. Day-to-day tasks will include building and maintaining relationships with clients, overseeing the sales process, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Senior Sales Manager will also be responsible for preparing sales reports, presenting findings to senior management, and collaborating with other departments to drive growth and efficiency.
