Description
We are looking for Program Manager who will be responsible for leading large-scale SAP transformation programs, ensuring successful delivery across all phases, including implementation, go-live, and transition to support. Acts as a strategic leader, integrating business goals with technical execution across SAP landscapes.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery using SAP Activate, Agile, or hybrid methodologies.
- Develop program charters, integrated plans, and WBS for complex, multi-stream initiatives
- Manage project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation
- Govern risks, issues, and change control to ensure delivery success
- Provide expert guidance on SAP solution design across ECC, S / 4HANA, BTP, and Cloud environments
- Strong knowledge in at least two SAP core modules (FI / CO, MM, SD, PP, WM / EWM) with key integration insights
- Act as design authority for RICEFW objects ensuring performance, quality, and clean-core compliance
- Oversee data migration strategy from legacy systems to S / 4HANA
- Drive transition to Managed Services with defined SLAs / OLAs and support KPIs
- Manage L2 / L3 support operations aligned to ITIL processes
- Lead global cross-functional teams and external partners
- Drive change management, training, and user adoption activities
- Ensure strong program governance and transparent communication across stakeholders
Requirements
12+ years in SAP programs, including 5+ years as Program / Project ManagerLed 3+ full-cycle SAP implementations, including at least one S / 4HANA program3+ years overseeing SAP AMS or Managed Services engagementPMP and / or Agile certification preferred; ITIL Foundation strongly desirableSAP S / 4HANA certification advantageousStrong understanding of ABAP / Basis concepts, Fiori, and integration technologies (CPI, PI / PO)
