Senior Finance Executive – Remote

Job Summary :

A fast-growing D2C e-commerce startup is seeking a Senior Finance Executive to support key financial operations including reporting, compliance, and fund management. This role is ideal for a finance professional looking to grow in a high-performance environment and work closely with senior leadership on core financial initiatives.

Our client is a well-funded consumer brand offering sustainable lifestyle products across India through D2C platforms and online marketplaces. With a strong investor backing and growing customer base in urban and semi-urban markets, the company is redefining conscious consumption through quality, affordability, and ethical sourcing.

Location : Remote, India

Roles and Responsibilities :

Assist in preparation of financial statements, monthly MIS reports, and investor updates.

Manage day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable, receivable, and reconciliations.

Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.

Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and Income Tax regulations.

Coordinate with auditors and consultants for internal and statutory audits.

Monitor cash flow, fund allocation, and working capital requirements.

Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely reporting.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams for procurement, inventory, and vendor payment cycles.

Role Requirements :

CA Inter / CA with 3-5 years of relevant experience in a startup, e-commerce, or consumer brand environment.

Solid understanding of financial processes, tax compliance, and reporting standards.

Hands-on experience with accounting tools (Tally, Zoho, QuickBooks) and spreadsheets.

Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Proactive attitude, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced setup.

Work Schedule : Monday - Friday

Salary : Competitive package
