Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Manager at Windstar Holidays and Tours Private Limited located in Bengaluru. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, overseeing the daily operations of accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and coordinating with internal teams. Additional responsibilities include developing account strategies, preparing performance reports, identifying new business opportunities, and participating in client meetings. The Account Manager will also troubleshoot any issues that arise and provide timely resolutions.

Qualifications

  • Strong client relationship management and customer service skills
  • Experience in developing account strategies and identifying new business opportunities
  • Ability to prepare performance reports and participate in client meetings
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
  • Experience in the travel and tourism industry is a plus
