About the Role :

We are looking for a Senior Power BI Developer with strong experience in designing, developing, and deploying interactive dashboards, reports, and analytics solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Power BI , data modeling, DAX, and visualization best practices, along with hands-on experience managing complex datasets from multiple sources.

Key Responsibilities :

Design, develop, and maintain advanced Power BI dashboards, reports, and analytics solutions.

Gather and understand business requirements and translate them into efficient data models and visualizations.

Optimize Power BI data models for performance and scalability.

Develop DAX queries and calculations to support business KPIs and insights.

Integrate Power BI with various data sources such as SQL Server, Excel, SharePoint, and cloud data platforms (Azure, etc.).

Collaborate with business stakeholders, analysts, and IT teams to deliver actionable insights.

Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across reports and dashboards.

Stay updated with the latest Power BI features and incorporate them into existing solutions.

Required Skills & Experience :

4–6 years of hands-on experience developing complex Power BI dashboards and reports.

Strong proficiency in DAX, Power Query (M), and Data Modeling .

Experience connecting to multiple data sources (SQL, APIs, Excel, Cloud, etc.).

Solid understanding of ETL concepts and data warehousing principles .

Ability to work with large datasets and optimize report performance.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Experience with Power BI Service (publishing, workspaces, gateway configuration).

Knowledge of SQL Server or any other relational database is preferred.

Good to Have :

Experience with Azure Data Services (Data Factory, Synapse, etc.).

Exposure to Power Automate or Power Apps .

Experience working in Agile environments.
