Job description
  • Develop and nurture relationships with corporates and brokers. Lead negotiations for finalizing terms and pricing for RFPs.
  • Achieve sales targets by identifying new business opportunities and upselling to existing corporate clients.
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring timely responses to inquiries and concerns.
  • Prospect new clients, analyze their risk profiles, and create compelling insurance proposals tailored to their needs.
  • Qualifications

    • Strong relationship building and client management skills, understanding of insurance products.
    • Proven experience in meeting sales targets.
    • Ability to work independently and in team, and manage a portfolio of clients effectively.
    • Analytical skills to assess client needs and provide tailored solutions.
    • Previous experience in the insurance industry is a plus.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in using Microsoft office tools.
