We are scaling our technology team across data, cloud and integration.

As a Lead Recruiter for US roles in these areas, you will own full-cycle recruiting and uplevel a pod to deliver faster, with quality results.

• Lead end-to-end recruiting for US roles in data engineering / analytics, CRM, cloud and integration.
• Clarify job descriptions into clear, winnable requirements via sharp discovery with delivery teams.
• Build candidate pipelines via referrals, communities and meetups.
• Screen for technical fit and role outcomes; negotiate compensation and close deals.
• Manage submissions with speed and accuracy; prep candidates for interviews.
• Maintain pristine applicant tracking system hygiene; publish weekly progress dashboards.
• Mentor recruiters / sourcers on search strategy and outreach quality.

You should have 5–8+ years of experience in US IT recruiting across data / cloud / integration with proven closures in at least two of Snowflake / Databricks, AWS / Azure / GCP, Salesforce / ServiceNow or Workato / MuleSoft / Boomi.

A solid grasp of US tax / visa frameworks and proficiency with MSP environments is required.

A comfort level with client-facing intakes and partnering tightly with delivery teams is essential.
