WHAT YOU'LL DO
An Analyst is responsible for the Payroll and Benefits function for the India office across different verticals. You will be responsible for processing end-to-end Payroll, statutory and labor law-related compliances, and Employee Benefits (Insurance, Company Car Lease, Provident Fund, NPS, etc.).
You will ensure all processes are completed in a timely and accurate manner in accordance with the Organizations policies and procedures and in compliance with statutory regulations. You will ensure a high level of customer service to internal and external customers.
YOU'RE GOOD AT
Local Payroll :
Responsible for end-to-end Payroll function across all verticals. Audit of all payroll inputs prior to updation in the payroll system. Maintaining separation of duties for compliance and audit controls
Ensure all policies and practices related to local payroll are implemented
Improve processes to streamline payroll operations
Responsible for end-to-end statutory compliances related to payroll - taxation, e-tds, form 16, investment proofs, etc.
Preparation of monthly payroll reports, salary registers, and bank uploads
Managing all statutory and labor law related compliances within due dates
Mobility Payroll :
Responsible for overall payroll-related compliances for Mobility participants inbound and outbound.
Ensure statutory compliances are completed
Coordinate with tax consultant to manage the tax compliances for Mobility participants
Coordinate with other Organizations offices for any issues related to Mobility
Provident Fund and other statutory compliances :
Responsible for overall PF and labor law related compliances
Responsible for overall statutory compliance related to payroll.
Coordinate with a consultant to manage all compliances
Miscellaneous :
Manage employee interactions, help desk, new hire inductions, F&F process
Coordinate with various vendors for Payroll, car lease, etc. related profiles
Prepare monthly MIS reports for Payroll cost accounting and ensure all reconciliations are in place
Ensure labor law related compliances in conjunction with service provider
Propose and work on system / process enhancements
Prepare various Regional and global MIS submissions
YOU BRING
A bachelors degree with a minimum of 8 years experience in a fast-paced environment
supporting senior executives, strongly preferred.
Experience with in house payroll processing
Proficient using Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
Exposure to international mobility, Expat Payroll preferred.
Exposure to PF Trust Management preferred.
Good Knowledge of India Payroll , statutory compliances, Personal taxation
Exposure to Employee Benefits like Insurance, company car lease, National Pension Scheme will be an added advantage
Good understanding of labor laws and compliances
Ability to handle confidential information in a professional manner
Excellent customer service orientation with creative and resourceful problem-solving skills can do attitude
Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail and the ability to multi-task
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills with ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization
