Fuel Engineer- Powertrain

Domain / Primary Skill : Automotive - Powertrain System

Sub- Domain : Fuels

Tools : CatiaV5 / V6, Vismockup, Teamcenter, 3Dx, JIRA etc

Experience – 3-10 years

IJP Job Location – Pune

Education –BE / B. Tech in Mechanical / Production / Automotive Engineering

Job Description / Roles & Responsibilities :

Candidate will be part of Powertrain teams as a full time.
Responsible for CAD deliveries of commodities
Fuel systems : tanks, lines, evaporative systems, urea systems.
Liaise with various stakeholders and provide end to end delivery solutions.
Should have a good understanding of vehicle package guideline.
Sound knowledge of Plastic and Sheet metal design guidelines and manufacturing processes is required.

WHAT YOU NEED

Automotive domain knowledge with working experience of Powertrain System commodities.

Support / Lead Design reviews and design changes respecting feasibility and timeline

Timely CAD completion for S / T / P releases

Understanding of commodity release & change management

Understanding of Proto & Production BOM

Excellent CATIA V5 and CATIA V6 2D / 3D skills.

Exposure to PLM tools such as 3Dx, Teamcenter.

GD&T knowledge is a must.
