🚀 We’re Hiring : Product Manager, AI / ML – Revenue Cycle Management! 🚀

Our cloud-based IntegraCloud platform unites population health, care management, advanced analytics, specialty EHR, practice management, and revenue cycle management—helping practices transform and excel in an ever-evolving regulatory landscape.

We are looking for an innovative Product Manager with a passion for AI / ML and Large Language Models (LLMs) to lead the next wave of automation and intelligence in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM).

Location : Bangalore (Hybrid Work Environment)

In this role, you will :

  • Shape and execute a visionary AI / ML product strategy for RCM solutions.
  • Drive automation, predictive analytics, and intelligent workflows in claims processing, denial management, and revenue enhancement.
  • Collaborate with engineering, data science, and design teams to deliver robust, user-centric features.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies to keep Integra Connect at the forefront.
  • Engage with end users to solve real-world challenges and improve operational outcomes.

What we’re looking for :

  • 7+ years of product management experience, ideally with a focus on AI / ML.
  • Hands-on knowledge of LLMs, NLP, and automation in enterprise or healthcare software.
  • Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Experience with revenue cycle management or healthcare workflows is a plus, but a passion for AI innovation is essential.

    • Bonus points for :

  • Familiarity with healthcare interoperability standards (FHIR, HL7, EDI).
  • Experience with BI / analytics platforms and payer-provider dynamics.
